First Middle Georiga Neighborhood Walmart helps employ veterans

WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The first Neighborhood Walmart in Middle Georgia wants to help the men and women who served our country. 

Construction is finishing up at the new store on Russell Parkway in Warner Robins. Employees are stocking shelves as workers put the final touches on the gas station. The store isn’t just a place to pick up your prescription and buy groceries. It is also a way for veterans to find employment. 

“Veterans can go online or call and apply. We try and find jobs for the veterans in the community. Kind of give back to them for everything they’ve sacrificed for us,” store manager Nikki Hutto said.
