Drone talks continue at Macon-Bibb committee meetings next week

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Macon-Bibb Commissioners aren’t making any decisions yet about possibly buying 15 drones to help with public safety.

Commissioner Elaine Lucas said the board voted 5-3 to table the agenda item.  This means they will continue to talk about it before making a decision.

Commissioner Lucas adds they want to try to negotiate the price.  A committee will discuss the 5.7-million dollar project again next Tuesday.
