Delta’s and Omega’s 25th annual Easter Egg hunt brings festive atmosphere to Frank Johnson Center
MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Kids searched for Easter eggs Saturday at the Frank Johnson Community Center.
Nearly 60 children took part in the 25th annual Delta Sigma Theta and Omega Psi Phi Easter Egg hunt.
Other activities included face painting and pictures with the Easter bunny.
“We do it to support the neighborhood. Some kids may not be able to have Easter egg hunts in their homes,” says Anthony Smith of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity. “We’ll ensure that they have one at the recreation center.”
The hunt also featured a moonwalk, a scavenger hunt and story time with the Easter bunny.
