Macon homeowner finds missing teen in neighborhood

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A Macon teen that had gone missing has now been found.

The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office says 14-year-old Zaynah Head was found on Charlene Terrace in south Macon Tuesday morning.

Zaynah told a homeowner on Charlene Drive that she was missing and her parents were looking for her.

The homeowner called the sheriff’s office at about 2 a.m., and a deputy called her father.

Deputies then took her home.

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Bibb Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help to find a missing-runaway teenager.

According to the sheriff’s office, 14-year-old Zaynah Elizabeth Head left her home on Chickamauga Drive Sunday around 4 p.m.

Head is 5’10” and weighs 210 pounds. She was last seen wearing a black t-shirt and multi-colored spandex pants. Head was reportedly seen in the Tindall Heights area around 9 a.m. Monday.

According to her family, Head is bipolar and she has not taken her medication since Sunday.
