Bibb deputies search for car thief

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Bibb County Sheriff’s deputies are searching for a man they say stole a car from the Massee Apartments on College Street.

According to a news release, surveillance video shows the suspect getting into the 2012 Ford Focus and driving off.

The incident happened January 27, around 10:30 p.m. The victim noticed his car missing the next day.

The car was found at an abandoned house in the 3800 block of Tela Place.
