Morning Crash Kills Kathleen Man

A tractor trailer and pick-up truck collided Monday taking the life of a Kathleen man.  Capt. Tony Winborn with the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office said the crash happened just after 5am on Highway 341. 

The Dodge County Coroner pronounced 44-year-old William Spangenburg dead on the scene. Apparently he ran into a freightliner tractor trailer hauling logs.

The driver of the log truck was not injured.

The accident is still under investigation. ??
