‘Rebuilding Macon’ Receives $10,000 Donation

Grainger, a local distributing company, gave Rebuilding Macon a $10,000 gift. Executive Director, Debra Rollins says the money comes at the perfect time because the cost of construction materials are on the rise.

Rollins says,”Our volunteers are fabulous, but they need the tools; they need the supplies.This really pulls the whole community together to make life better for all of us.”

Rebuilding Macon will use the money for various projects. The group plans to rebuild wheelchair ramps, fix floors, and assist with plumping and electric projects.
