Meth Lab, Pills Found at Local Hotel

Bibb County deputies are looking for 32-year old Gregory Shawn Hall of Bibb County.  Investigators found methamphetamine and Xanax in his hotel room at the Baymont Inn and Suites on 150 Plantation Inn Drive.

Hotel management called the sheriff’s office early Sunday morning, after getting a call about smoke and a chemical type smell coming from room 206.

When investigators searched the room, they found a meth lab in the bathroom.  The bathroom was also damaged due to an apparent fire.  The DEA and Summit Environment were called to clean up the toxic material.
