Milledgeville Police Seeking Suspects Wanted for New Year’s Assault

MILLEDGEVILLE, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Milledgeville Police Department is asking for the public’s help to find two men wanted in connection with an assault that happened New Year’s Eve or New Year’s morning.

According to MPD, the incident happened behind CHOPS located at 119 S. Wayne Street in downtown Milledgeville. Police say the victim is in critical condition.

MPD detectives are looking for two persons of interests in this case. Police say the first suspect is described as 5’10” to 6 feet tall man, weighs 200 to 225 pounds and has dark hair and a beard. He was last seen wearing a plaid shirt. The second suspect is a man described as having short blonde hair.
