Area College Accused of Discrimination

Georgia Military College is accused of racial discrimination. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission is suing the school for subjecting an African-American groundskeeper to a racially hostile work environment for four years.

The EEOC filed the lawsuit Monday.

The agency is seeking compensation for the employee and a way to prevent this type of discrimination in the future.
