Macon Man Dies After Being Hit By Car

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A Macon man who was hit by a car near downtown has passed away.

Bibb County Coroner Leon Jones says 60-year-old Luther White died Sunday night just after 11 at the Medical Center of Central Georgia. 

White was hit by a car in the 900 block of Magnolia Street on October 23.

Jones says it’s Bibb County’s 10th pedestrian fatality this year.
