Coliseum Medical Centers Wins State Award for Safety

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Coliseum Medical Centers in Macon is named one of the safest hospitals in the state, according to the Georgia Hospital Association’s Safety Leadership Circle.

The Coliseum is one of 31 hospitals in the elite circle.

The state organization recognizes hospital improvements in patient care from the second quarter of 2013.

Coliseum officials say each staff member is committed to ensuring the highest and safest level of care is given to every patient.
