Bobcat Baseball, Softball, Soccer, Golf to Host Alumni Activities Saturday

MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. (GCSU RELEASE) – The Georgia College baseball, softball and golf teams will host Alumni Day activities tomorrow, Oct. 19.

Golf is set for an alumni tournament at the Milledgeville Country Club. Softball gets their alumni game underway at 11 a.m. Baseball starts with batting practice at 11 a.m., followed by an alumni home run derby. The baseball alumni game is set to begin at 1 p.m. Soccer has alumni festivities wrapped around a match against Armstrong Atlantic State University at 3 p.m.

The event will also have face painting and other games. As an extra fun attraction, the Bobcat baseball team will hold a brief bone-chilling intersquad scrimmage with all members of the 2013-14 Bobcats dressed in their own Halloween costumes.
