Lake Joy Primary Participates in Hats 4 HOPE
WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Kids in middle Georgia are coming together for one cause-to raise money for children battling cancer.
Jay’s HOPE Foundation started the Hats 4 HOPE program more than 7 years ago.
Hats 4 Hope is a donation program raising money to benefit kids who are fighting cancer.
More than 600 students at Lake Joy Primary participated in the program for the first time today.
Second grader Randolph Douge offers advice about helping those in need.
“I would tell them the only way to make other people better is actually doing nice things to them,” says Douge.
Jay’s HOPE Foundation raised more than $40,000 state-wide.
