Cherry Blossom Drop New Year’s Celebration

The 2nd Annual Cherry Blossom Drop is taking place Friday night from 9pm-1am. The event is being held at Cherry Street Plaza, in between 5th St. and Cherry St. and Martin Luther King Junior Blvd.

Party-goers can bring lawn chairs and blankets to the event to reserve a spot to see the Cherry Blossom Drop.

Robins Federal Credit Union is sponsoring the event for the second year.

G. Scott Walden, V.P. of Operations with the Cherry Blossom, recommends you come down early, since last year around 3,000 people attended the event.

The event will also have a DJ.
