Single-Game Tickets On Sale for Mercer’s September 14 Home Game

MACON, Georgia (MERCER ATHLETICS) – Following a weekend that saw over 12,000 fans pack the stands of Mercer University Stadium to watch the Bears return to the gridiron, the Mercer Ticket Office has announced tickets for the Sept. 14 game against Warner are officially on sale.

As of 10 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 3, single game tickets for game two of the 2013 football season are on sale as the Bears return to Mercer University Stadium on Sept. 14 at 6 p.m. against the Warner University Royals.

Single-game tickets range from $5.00-$10.00 and can be purchased online at tickets.mercer.edu by clicking on the “Mercer vs. Warner” image. All orders are subject to online convenience and mailing fees.

Mercer is coming off an historic victory last Saturday in the program’s first football game in 72 years, rallying late in the fourth quarter and using a game-winning field goal by Josh Shutter with three seconds left on the clock. The 40-37 victory over Reinhardt landed JT Palmer and Shutter Pioneer Football League Player of the Week honors.
