Arrests in Telfair County Burglary Bust

MCRAE, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Sheriff’s investigators in Telfair County bust a major theft ring during a late night traffic stop on August 3.

Officers made three arrests at the stop and recovered several stolen items including a boat, golf carts, four wheelers and a dump ramp.

The group is believed to have operated in Florida and Georgia.

So far, they’ve arrested David Corbett, Kenneth Bass, and George Sullivan, all from Lowndes County.
