Police Investigate Armed Robbery At Macon Family Dollar

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — Macon police are looking for the man who robbed the Family Dollar on Emery Highway Wednesday, just before 2P.M.

According to a news release, a male entered the store, picked up a candy bar, and slid a note to the cashier demanding money while pretending to purchase the candy. The suspect got away with the candy and an undisclosed amount of cash.
