Four Charged with Aggravated Assault in Houston County
WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Four suspects have been arrested in connection with an aggravated assault that took place near the 24-7 Coin Laundry located at 3501 North Highway 41.
According to a news release sent out by the WRPD, a 35-year-old woman from Warner Robins was at her car in the parking lot around 4:45 Thursday morning when she was approached by a man with a gun. The woman grabbed her own gun from the glove compartment and pointed it at the man, as he pointed his at her.
The suspect then ran to a vehicle with three other males inside, firing his weapon as they sped away.
Houston County Deputies were able to catch up to the vehicle in the vicinity of Arrie Drive, taking two of the suspects into custody.
The Peach County Sheriff’s Office were able to apprehend the other two suspects a short while later near the area of Georgia Walk.
Both the suspects’ gun and vehicle had been reported stolen from Bibb County. There were no injuries.
Jahquan Eubanks, 18 of Macon, was charged with Theft By Receiving Stolen Property, Criminal Attempt to Commit Armed Robbery, Possession of a Firearm During Commission of a Crime, Aggravated Assault, and Obstruction of an Officer.
Eugene Fuller, 17 of Macon, was charged with Theft By Receiving Stolen Property, Possession of Marijuana, and Obstruction of an Officer.
The other two males arrested were juveniles from Macon, ages 16 and 14, and were both charged with Theft By Receiving Stolen Property, and Obstruction of an Officer.
