GBI Searching for Suspect Wanted in Two Eastman Homicides, One in Custody
EASTMAN, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — The GBI arrested one suspect and is looking for another wanted for two Eastman murders.
The GBI is looking for 39-year-old Nathaniel Cummings (pictured). He’s wanted for armed robbery and murder in connection with may death of 50-year-old Greg Giddens.
GBI Special Agent Todd Lowery says Cummings is facing those same charges in the death of local painter, Jimmy Gay. Gay’s body was found near a dumpster Friday afternoon on Harry Hargrove Road.
Lowery says Cummings is likely armed and dangerous.
The Georgia State Patrol arrested 20-year-old Jefferey Madison of Eastman Tuesday. He’s in jail in Dodge County charged with armed robbery and murder in connection with those same homicides.
If you see Cummings call 911, or the Eastman GBI at (478) 374-6988.
