Man Arrested for Having Stolen Rifle

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A Macon man is arrested Wednesday night for Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, and Theft by Receiving Stolen Property.

61 year-old Frank Woolfolk was taken into custody at around 5:40pm after the Macon Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant at a home on Pursley Street. Once inside, officers discovered a rifle which had been reported stolen during a burglary on Village Green Drive earlier in the year.

This was Woolfolk’s 12th arrest in Bibb County since 1987. He has since posted bond and released.
