Bibb Deputies Looking for Two Suspects Involved in Personal Robbery

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — Bibb County deputies are looking for two men who stole a woman’s purse early Sunday morning while she was walking home.

According to a news release from the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office, a witness says around 4am, two men approached a female walking toward her building at Northwood Apartment Complex. The men grabbed her purse, and then ran off.

The witness says one man was holding a gun. The victim was not injured during the incident.

Deputies found the woman’s purse near the scene of the incident, but her wallet was missing.
