Actor John Travolta’s Jet to Go on Display at Museum of Aviation
WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Crews with Robins Air Force Base are preparing to move John Travolta’s jet to its new home at the museum.
The actor donated his G-2 jet to the Georgia Aviation Hall of Fame. It will be moved to the Museum of Aviation and will be placed on exhibit.
On Wednesday, workers removed the tail section of the Gulfstream G-2 jet. Travolta, who is also a pilot, donated the plane in honor of his son Jett, who died in 2009.
