Coroner: Macon Teen Dies from Gunshot Wound to Head

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Macon police are investigating after a teen died Sunday from a gunshot wound to the head.

Bibb County Coroner Leon Jones pronounced 18-year-old John Johnson dead Sunday afternoon at the Medical Center of Central Georgia. Johnson was shot near Forsyth Avenue and Payton Street early Sunday morning.
