UPDATE: Three People Shot On Adams Avenue In Macon

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Macon Police Department is investigating an incident in which three people were shot on Adams Avenue.

According to a news release by the MPD, when officers arrived at the scene Tuesday night, they came in contact with a victim who had been shot on the side of abdomen. A second victim was unresponsive, suffereing gunshot wounds to his torso and head. A third had driven himself to the Medical Center where he was treated.

Shortly afterward, the other two victims were also transported to the Medical Center for treatment.

This incident is currently under investigation and no suspects have been located as of yet.
