Bond Set for Man Charged in Murphy Express Shooting
MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The man charged with murder after shooting a woman from his wheelchair at a Macon gas station has been granted bond after originally having it denied.
According to his attorney, Veronica Brinson, 73-year-old Frank Reeves was granted a $100,000 bond yesterday by Bibb Superior Court Judge Edgar Ennis.
She tells us that order should be filed sometime this morning.
Reeves allegedly shot and killed 65-year-old Linda Hunnicutt at the Murphy Express Gas Station in Macon in December after his wheelchair bumped her vehicle.
