Bomb Threat Called into Baldwin High School

MILLEDGEVILLE, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — Baldwin High School was put on lock down Monday morning after a bomb threat was called into the school.

Captain Brad King with the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office says the threat was called into the school around 7:55 am. The school was put on lock down while officers from the Milledgeville Police Department, the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office, and the Georgia State patrol conducted a search of the school

King says the search turned up empty. The school was released from the lockdown around 9:30. King says the call came from a cell phone off of school grounds.
