MPD Officer Involved in Fatal Kroger Shooting Previously Disciplined

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Macon police officer who fatally shot and killed a man outside of Kroger was disciplined for excessive force in the past.

An open records request revealed that Officer Clayton Sutton was disciplined more than a dozen times in the past four years.
