Four Indicted in Murder of 58-Year-Old Gail Spencer

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — Four people have been indicted and charged with murder in the death of 58-year-old Gail Spencer.

Tuesday, Bibb County grand jurors indicted Tracy Michelle Jones, Keith Anthony Dozier, Courtney Nicole Kelly, and Michael Brett Kelly. Spencer was found dead on October 6, 2012 at her home located at 3475 Stinsonville Road.

According to the indictment, the four suspects have also been charged with aggravated assault, burglary in the first degree, false imprisonment, and theft by taking.

The indictment states the cause of death in the murder was suffocation with a plastic bag, however a handgun was also part of the assault.
