Comparing the Contracts: Dallemand’s Next Three Years
MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – 41NBC has obtained copies of both Dallemand’s original contract from February 2011, and his contract renewal, which was approved 5-3 at Monday’s Bibb School Board Meeting.
Dallemand’s annual salary is still $198,000. In the old contract, Dallemand received an auto allowance of $400 per month. The new contract doubles that.
The District provided coverage under their term life insurance plan of $50,000 plus two times his base salary. That’s just under $450,000. The new life insurance plan totals $1 million, which Board Member Gary Bechtel told 41NBC Monday basically equates to a back-door pay increase.
In addition to sick days that he’s already accrued, he’ll be given 50 more in January 2013.
Bechtel, Susan Sipe and Lynn Farmer opposed Dallemand’s contract renewal Monday.
