Man Wanted by Police for Armed Robbery in Macon

Rashad WilliamsMACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Macon Police are on the lookout for a suspect involved in a shootout during an armed robbery.

Rashad Akeem Williams is being sought for his role in an armed robbery that occurred at an address on Montpelier Avenue.

Officers responding to the robbery encountered multiple suspects who opened fire upon their arrival. The officers returned fire and gave chase.

22 year-old Antaveyo Clark and 27 year-old Jarvis Childs were both arrested and charged each with 2 counts of Criminal Attempt to Commit Murder and 7 counts of Armed Robbery. This is Clark’s 9th arrest and Childs’ 16th.
