Churchs Unite To Give Away 777 Thanksgiving Meals

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – This time of year, being thankful for what you have is on everyone’s mind. But what about those who struggle with everyday life, and are unsure of where their next meal is going to come from?

This weekend, there is an opportunity to get a free Thanksgiving meal, complete with all the fixings. But there is a limited supply of food, so you will have to get in line.

Pastors James Goolsby and Eddie Smith stopped in our Daybreak studio to talk about the 777 Thanksgiving Boxes giveaway.

Be sure to get in line early on Saturday. The giveaway starts at 8:30 at Unionville Missionary Baptist Church, located at 3837 Houston Avenue in Macon.
