Man Commits Suicide at Macon-Bibb Fire Station

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — A 64-year-old male is dead after he took his own life Tuesday.

According to Bibb County Coroner Leon Jones, the man’s body was found around 7A.M. at Fire Station 104 on Mount Pleasant Church Road. The name of the man who committed suicide has not been released.

Jones said the person died of a gun shot wound to the head.
