UPDATE: Baldwin County Deputies Arrest Man Wanted For Halloween Murder

MILLEDGEVILLE, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office charged a suspect for the murder of a Newton County man found dead on the side of the road in Milledgeville early Wednesday morning.

Baldwin County Sheriff Captain Brad King says deputies arrested 25-year-old Artenimus Ray Mack and charged him with murder. Mack is from Washington County but was living in Gwinnett County when deputies arrested him as a person of interest on Thursday.

Mack is booked in the Baldwin County jail with no bond.

King says the investigation is ongoing and there is a possibility the sheriff’s office will be seeking other suspects.
