Easy Cheesy Mac and Cheese Inside Forsyth Country Cookin’

FORSYTH, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — Inside Forsyth Country Cookin’ the menu items change daily, but customers always know what to expect.

“It’s home cooked, it tastes that way and it meets what I want to have,” said regular customer Lamara Moore.

The owner of the restaurant Helen Walker thanks her mom for showing her the ropes.

“Ive been cooking since I was 9 years old, it started with my mom,” said Walker.

The recipes are a combination of what her mom used to cook, with Walker’s own added twists.

“We have hot wings, we do catfish, we do crab legs on Saturdays, we do hamburger steak, we have a big breakfast,” added Walker.

Most regular customers can’t seem to get enough of the macaroni and cheese.

“It’s really soft, cheesy, it’s just really good,” said Holly Martinage.

Moore said, “It’s creamy, it’s rich, it’s just like what grandma would make, but I didn’t have to make it.”

All the regulars say the food speaks for itself. The best part about the food, you don’t have to cook it yourself.
