Macon Police Investigate Saturday Morning Shooting

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Macon Police are investigating after a man was shot at his home on Holiday Drive.

It happened Saturday around 3:50 a.m. According to police, the victim arrived at his home after work and was standing on his screened porch when he was approached by two black males. One of the suspects fired a gun and the victim was hit in the stomach and the right shoulder.

He was transported to the Medical Center of Central Georgia for treatment. No word on his condition. No arrests have been made.
