Middle Georgia Delegates Attend Democratic National Convention

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT)- It’s the 2nd day of the Democratic National Convention, and several delegates from Middle Georgia are attending the big event. Quentin Howell, who is running for State House District 145 in Baldwin County, and Paul Bronson have both been at the Democratic National Convention this week. Thousands of people cheered First Lady Michelle Obama as she took the stage at the democratic convention Tuesday night.

The first lady talked about her love for her husband and family and how the people around them helped them to become successful. Democratic delegates Paul Bronson and Quentin Howell said they both enjoyed Tuesday night’s speech and urge everyone to go out and vote this November.

“I think it is crucial for people to listen to both conventions, listen with an open eye, and put the biasness away to the side because the more biasness and preconception that comes in, the harder it will be for all of us to move forward together,” said Democratic Delegate Quentin Howell.

The Democratic National Convention ends Thursday.
