Macon State Club Football Starts Season August 25th

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Macon State College’s first football club will kick off the season at 1 p.m. Saturday, August 25, with a game against Greenville Sports Academy.

The program’s first game will be at Ed DeFore Stadium, located at 2851 Heath Road, which is about two miles from the Macon Campus.

Admission is $5 per person and free to kids ages 10 and younger, according to a release sent out by the school on Tuesday. Concessions will be available at the game.

The Macon State team is a member of the National Club Football Association. The season schedule can be found on the team’s website.
