Performance Pilots Gear Up for Robins Air Show

WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Robins Air Show is taking over the skies above Middle Georgia this weekend.

“We can roll, we can loop, we can fly upside down. In Bucks airplane you can do things that the F-18 just can’t do,” said Gary Rower, performance pilot.

Gary Rower has been flying for nearly 40 years. He’ll be showing off his 1942 Army Corp Stearman during the air show.  Buck Roetman built his Red Eagle Plane in eight months. The pair will wow the audience with loops, barrel rolls, hammerhead turns and more.

The Air Show is this Saturday and Sunday at Robins Air Force Base.  Gates Open at 10am. You can catch Rower and Roetman between 11am-11:30am both days.
