Tax Day Looms, Plenty Of Freebies To Make Life Easier

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – There are plenty of reasons to dread April 17th this year. It may be several hundred reasons, or maybe even several thousand reasons, but there is a silver lining; you can get free food and giveaways to help you get through your tax day.

Here is a list of places I found with special “Tax Day Freebies”, and how you can get in on the action. This is not an all-inclusive list, so feel free to add to it by posting your comments below. 

1.) Arby’s – Enjoy free curly fries, and enter for a chance to win $5,000 in tax relief. Just ‘like’ Arby’s on Facebook for the coupon and registration.

2.) Cinnabon – Get two free cinnamon bites between 6:00p.m.-8:00p.m.

3.) Chili’s – Get a free appetizer or dessert when you buy one adult entree. ‘Like’ Chili’s on Facebook for the coupon.

4.) A.M.C. Theatres – ‘Like’ the theatre on Facebook, go to see a movie, and they’ll give you a free small popcorn.

5.) Firehouse Subs – ‘Like’ the restaurant to get a coupon for 2x the meat on your medium sub, for free.

6.) Seattle’s Best Coffee – Walk in the door anywhere the coffee is sold, and get a free small cup on the house.

7.) Sonic – Get a soft drink or slushie at half price to cool off in the Georgia heat.

8.) Marble Slab Creamery – Finish the day with a free scoop of yogurt between 4:00p.m.-7:00p.m.
