Macon Police Search For Information In East Macon Shooting

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Macon Police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred in East Macon.

According to a news release, 44-year-old Enrique Stallworth was walking on Emery Highway near Jeffersonville Road when he heard shots fired.

Stallworth dropped to the ground and then realized he was shot in the foot. He was taken to the Medical Center by an unknown driver.

The incident happened on Monday just before Midnight.

Officers searched the area and found nothing. The news release also says no calls regarding shots fired were reported to the 911 center in that area.
