Macon Police Investigating Second Homicide In Two Days
MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Macon police are investigating the shooting death of a male victim, who was found in an abandoned house late Sunday night.
According to a news release sent by Macon Police’s Public Information Officer Jami Gaudet, officers were called to the 900 block of Bartlett Street in Macon in reference to a person shot. When officers and E.M.S. personnel arrived, they found 40 year old Leonard Cox unresponsive.
Cox was taken to the Medical Center where he was pronounced dead, from apparent gun shot wounds.
