Costway is recalling its convertible highchairs, which were sold at Walmart, Target, and online retailers from May 2023 through July 2026.  The chairs violate safety standards because they don’t have a passive restraint system—meaning a child could slip through the gap and get trapped or fall.

The highchairs, available in several color combinations, have no tracking information on them. Although no injuries have been reported, consumers are advised to stop using the high chairs immediately and contact Costway for a free replacement.

Bamamon is recalling its LED Projecting Finger Light Toys, sold on Amazon between March 2025 and August 2026. The toys contain button cell batteries that can be easily accessed by children, posing a serious risk if swallowed. No injuries have been reported, but consumers who own these toys should stop using them right away. For a refund, customers are instructed to email Bamamon a photo showing the toy has been disposed of.

Ford Motor Company is recalling more than 102,000 trucks, including certain F-150 and Super Duty models, due to a defect with the speedometer that could display the wrong speed and increase the risk of a crash. The recall affects models from 2025 and 2026, with recall notices set to begin mailing on Oct. 26 and a follow-up in December. Affected owners should visit their dealership for a free replacement of the instrument cluster. If you notice erratic speedometer readings, contact your dealer immediately.
