35-year-old man killed in head-on crash in Hancock County

GSP says the two vehicles collided head-on.

HANCOCK COUNTY, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — A 35-year-old man was killed and a 65-year-old woman was injured in a head-on crash Wednesday evening in Hancock County, according to Georgia State Patrol.

GSP says a trooper from its Milledgeville post responded to Beulah Highway at Linton Road around 5:37 p.m. for a two-vehicle crash involving injuries and a road blockage.

According to the preliminary investigation, 35-year-old Quintavious Deon Bundrage of Baldwin, was driving a 2008 Kia Spectra east on Beulah Highway when he failed to maintain his lane, crossed the center line and entered the path of a 2009 Ford Flex.

The Ford was driven by a 65-year-old Milledgeville woman. GSP says the two vehicles collided head-on.

Bundrage was pronounced dead at the scene.

Jackson was airlifted by Air Evac to Atrium Health in Bibb County for treatment of her injuries.
