SANDERSVILLE, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – High school football is back, and what better way to start off the season with two powerhouse GIAA teams!
The John Milledge Trojans traveled to Sandersville to take on the Brentwood Eagles in Week 1 of The End Zone.
The Trojans are defending state champions with their 5th in the last 7 seasons and 6th in the last 10 seasons.
The Eagles won the state championship two years in a row. Brentwood went 12-1 last season with its only loss being to John Milledge.
