Peach County Superintendent Presents Proposed Calendar for 5 Day School Week

FORT VALLEY, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Tonight, the Peach County School Board continues to explore what the school year would look like if they move back to a five day school week. Superintendent Joe Ann Denning presented a proposed calendar at tonight’s work session.

It would increase the school days for students to 170, and bump the teachers up to 175.
The semesters would be split evenly for students.
