Miss Macon, Miss Central Georgia accepting applications for 2026 competition

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Applications are now open for the next Miss Macon, Miss Macon’s Teen, Miss Central Georgia and Miss Central Georgia’s Teen.

April Montgomery with Miss Macon joined 41 Today to discuss the competition and opportunities available for young women ages 5 to 28.

Contestants ages 14 to 28 will compete for the four titles, while girls ages 5 to 13 can participate as Belles and be mentored by titleholders.

Montgomery said contestants do not need previous pageant experience. The competition includes talent, evening gown and fitness, along with a focus on community service.

More than $82,000 in scholarship opportunities will be available. Titleholders will also have the opportunity to advance to the Miss Georgia competition.

The competition is scheduled for September 12 at 7 p.m. at The Grand Opera House in Macon.
