Democrats criticize Burt Jones, Rick Jackson during Macon stop

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – State Rep. Miriam Paris, Commissioner Stanley Stewart and community activist Kristen Kiefer criticized Burt Jones and Rick Jackson during a Macon news conference focused on gas prices and the cost of living.
The news conference at Rosa Parks Square was part of the “Jackson and Jones Out for Themselves Tour” to highlight what they called Jones and Jackson’s refusal to fight for working Georgians.
Representative Paris says Democrats need to be voted in to make a change for local, hardworking Americans.
“Every single day they remind us that they support the same cost raising agenda that have sent grocery prices sky-high, healthcare costs soring, and now has gas prices at an all-time high,” she said.
