Macon Water Authority District 2 race headed to runoff election
Talley and Lemon, the top two vote-getters, will advance to a runoff on June 16.

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – No candidate won the Macon Water Authority District 2 race outright Tuesday night, sending the election to a runoff between the top two candidates.
According to unofficial election results, Marshall Talley received 1,844 (32.20%) votes, while Ron E. Lemon received 1,593 (27.82%) votes. Renaolda Scott received 1,300 votes, and Sharif Robbins-Brinson received 990 votes.
Talley and Lemon, the top two vote-getters, will advance to a runoff on June 16.
The results remain unofficial until certified.
