UPDATE: Macon Police Have New Warrant on Byron Man Arrested for Indecent Exposure

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — Macon police are searching for 46 year old Timothy Kevin Marcus of Byron, who was arrested yesterday and released on bond for indecent exposure.

Police have a new warrant and at least one additional charge that involves an out of state victim and a probation warrant out of Atlanta.

Marcus was arrested yesterday after several complaints from women in Macon who say they saw Marcus in the Vineville Avenue/Forsyth Road area. He was released on bond three hours later.

Police say Marcus was not at home Friday morning, and he called in sick from work. 

He is believed to be driving a Champagne colored 2011 Toyota Camry, with license plate number BUY-7076.
